Sunday, June 28 at 4:00pm and 5:00pm
Rescheduled, July 12 at 4:00pm and 5:00pm
Do you need something fun to look forward to? Are you yearning for some live music? Longing for a way to get out safely? Eager to see familiar faces, if masked and from a distance? Then mark your calendars for our first-ever experimental socially distanced outdoor (or in-your-car) concert!
We are lining up some of our favorite Edwards Church musical acts, performing solo or in household groups for safety. They will perform from a small hill on the parsonage, while attendees sit in cars or outdoors with masks and socially distanced. We hope to make this an event that is safe for all ages and circumstances, so we will work on sound projection so that you can stay in your car and hear well!
We will hold the concert twice in one day, to ensure everyone can come and we can keep a safe distance. Watch for a sign-up sheet to reserve your spot for one of the two times.
Note: If we hear from public health officials of an increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, we will postpone this until it is safe.
