Summer Worship: “Oh, the Places You’ll Go…”
Weather permitting, we will worship outdoors and via zoom this summer (note two exceptions to this plan). Thank you to Danielle and Jim and Olive for their generous sharing of their lawn! In case of inclement weather, we will move to the sanctuary (with a zoom option, of course).
Our summer theme highlights wisdom drawn from places we have visited. Karen Nell and Debbie will reflect on sacred wisdom that has emerged from their travels to Cape Cod and New Mexico’s high desert.
We will pause from that theme for two brief intervals. On July 24th, we will worship with our friends from Plymouth Church, in their air conditioned fellowship hall, experiencing their approach to summer worship. On August 21st, our friends from Plymouth Church will join us for outdoor worship. That Sunday, and the next one, our theme will draw from the “Many Cultures; One Heart” Framingham public art project.
Then, on September 4th, we return to our “Oh the Places You’ll Go” theme, this time inviting you to participate by sending photos and sharing stories from your travels. Please speak with Debbie, Karen Nell or Nicola if you have photos and stories to share. That Sunday will be entirely on Zoom, so we can use slides and videos effectively.

Worship on zoom
In July, Seeds of Grace worship begins a new series that speaks to the chaos of our times. An on-going pandemic, social justice decisions that shake the foundations of our world, continued war in Ukraine, the January 6th hearings…just some of the upheaval that has created frustration and exhaustion. How do we, as Christians, respond to these things? Join us around the circle as we share silence and prayer, music and reflection, being present to one another to give each hope, patience and courage for these times as people of faith.
Seeds of Grace worship is offered in person on Sunday, July 17th, in front of Jonathan House and again on Monday, July 19th, via zoom at https://zoom.us/j/94465801606? or by phone at 1-929-205-6099. Please feel free to invite others to join us!
