“LIVING THE KIN-DOM!’
JANUARY ACTIVITIES FOR CHURCH CHRISTIAN EXPLORERS
What a busy month we had in December, filled with Advent activities and a wonderful Christmas Eve pageant. Thank you to everyone who took part and made our celebration so meaningful! As we enter the new year, we’ll focus on the theme of “living the kin-dom” and begin by worshipping on Epiphany Sunday, January 7, with other UCC congregations at First Congregational Church in Natick to learn more about migration in our community.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Youth Conference. On Saturday, January 13, Middle schoolers+ are invited to join Karen Nell and Debbie for this exciting conference at Framingham State University. With the theme, “Keeping the Dream Alive Starts with Me,” the conference is free and lunch is provided. We hope youth will come to participate in learning and listening, arts and crafts, and more. Watch for more information about registration. We hope you’ll join us in making a difference this month.
On Sunday mornings we help begin and end worship in the sanctuary. In between, we move to our own space in Sue Dickerman Hall or downstairs for stories, crafts, snacks and fun with friends.
